With respect to TA-1 (thymosin alpha-1). I have used it and felt that it makes a difference. The trick to that peptide is you must only have the doses in a vial that you plan to use in 2 to 7 days. Dosing 1 vial within 5 days would be best. Some protocols show it being used every day for months for specific conditions.

Once it’s reconstituted the refrigerated shelf life is about 2 to 7 days at 4C (typical refrigerator temp)
As a powder it is shelf stable for 3 weeks at up to 40C. So shipping is not an issue.
As a powder 5 months stable at 4C and up to one year at -18C (we keep it at -21C)

TA-1 is very safe and the dose indicated 1.6mg is what is recommended by the mfg’s of Zadaxin (brand name for TA-1)

It is a very safe peptide to use and in some cases up to 16mg per daily dose have been used.

Here is an example of dosing and vial size that works;

1.6mg per daily dose x 3 per week = 4.8mg per vial – I’d suggest 5mg per vial (1.67mg per dose)

1 month would require 4 vials = 20mg

Our body is a significant peptide synthesizer. It makes about 7,000 different peptides.

Fundamentally peptides are instruction sheets. They are used to communicate from one system to another.

When you eat and the glucose level rises in your blood, your system produces (among other things) Insulin. Insulin is a peptide based hormone (there are 4 types of hormones). This instruction sheet then tells specific cells what to do with the glucose.

Only cells with the insulin receptor respond to this instruction set.

Not every cell has every receptor for every peptide.

I think improving transcription has an immediate effect on peptide production. Hence i think it is a good tool for improving metabolic homeostasis.

Good to know, Steve. Thanks.

Restoring my lymphocytes took 1,67 mg daily for 3 days, done in three rounds with a week to ten days between each.

Everychem gets some bad reviews. Could be fake reviews posted by competitors. Who knows? Gets good reviews on reddit. Are you disillusioned with your Chinese sources?

“Company X gets good reviews and bad reviews.” Thanks for that insightful analysis?

My 5 Chinese sources have never let me down, but I haven’t seen TAK-653 and bromantane from China.

Here is a comparison of 31 gauge needles from BD syringes (top) and Easy Touch syringes (bottom)
Rather similar but the BD have a bevel that makes the tip less sharp. Thanks to @Steve_Combi for pointing me to the Easy Touch ones. I have mostly no bruising with them.

This is great, thanks. I give my CKD cats sub q fluids and have learned from the pros that needles are not created equal… some are more hollow for faster flow (not important for an injection) and indeed, some brands are sharper.

Where do you get yours? I was advised never to buy on amazon due to many fakes being on there.

Got those ones: EasyTouch™ 1/2cc x 31G x 5/16″ Insulin Syringes (Box of 100) – Bacteriostaticwater.com

Thx! I just received an order of other items from them yesterday!

What about 1/4 or 5/16 insulin needles?
