How to be TOUGH in 5 easy steps – Yoga Athletex

Here are some tools to get through the tough days when you feel like you can’t do one more thing.
TOUGH:

Take a breath – take 5 deep belly breaths
Go outside – walk outside for 5 mins (preferably 20 mins before 10:00am)
Unwind – lay down on the floor, legs up the wall
Go inward – meditate with a 5 min meditation (find one on yax online)
Hug – hug your dog, roommate, friend, teammate, coach
