Kids Yoga Mondays at 3:30pm & 4:30pm | 9th September

Our energetic 4-7 year olds bounce in for their weekly movement and relaxation at 3:30pm while our older kids, 8-12, get their practice in at 4:30pm.
Kids Yoga improves flexibility and fine motor skills, boosts self- esteem and confidence, teaches children to cope with stress and worry from an early age, is completely non competitive and lots and lots of fun!
Our 12 Week Term begins on 9th September.
